The SEADE project was represented at the Africa Universities Day celebrations in Accra, Ghana, where project partner Joseph Shitote from Waziup e.V. participated in a session exploring the future of higher education and innovation in Africa.
Held under the theme “The Future of Learning in Africa: Technology, Innovation, Skills and Inclusive Growth,” the event provided a platform to highlight SEADE’s efforts in supporting research and innovation actors across Africa and Europe through its Route-to-Market programmes in the project’s pilot regions.
The session offered an opportunity to showcase how technology, skills development, and innovation support can strengthen collaboration and create pathways for research and innovation actors to translate their ideas into practical solutions.
Waziup extends its appreciation to Joseph Shitote for representing the SEADE project and to the Association of African Universities (AAU) for organizing the insightful session.
Through SEADE, Waziup remains committed to strengthening innovation ecosystems, supporting capacity building, and fostering meaningful Africa–Europe cooperation.
